Big Changes to PV Airport!

The airport in Puerto Vallarta is no longer requiring immigration forms to be filled on on arrival (or on the plane) as anyone who has traveled to PV before previously experienced.

This is GREAT news for travelers as you will just now need to show your passport, go through some security protocols and you can be on your way! This should drastically speed up the whole process when you land so you can spend more time at the beach and less time waiting in line.

In more big news, the airport is expanding! There will be an additional terminal added on, which as of today is in process of being built and is expected to be complete in the fall of 2024 which will allow for even more visitors to come to PV and make for a more pleasant experience all around. More jetways, additional security areas, you name it! The project will also be the first Zero Energy airport terminal in Latin America.
