Plazamar is a privately owned and operated 33 unit condo complex located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. It is located just a couple of steps from the beach, a minutes walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and galleries, and located right on a gorgeous park plaza. The building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. The building has been recently renovated and includes a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and laundry. The views from above are sure to take your breath away!

This unit is located on the 2nd floor and is a two bedroom two bathroom unit (1,660 square feet) perfect for two couples looking to be in the best location in town. The people watching will undoubtable entertain you for hours and you’ll love to enjoy a margarita on the balcony for sunset. Rooms are set up suite style to give each group their own privacy. The front and back bedroom both have a comfortable king size bed. The unit comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including items to prepare meals at home, coffee and espresso maker, as well as towels and linens, bottled purified water, wine cooler, three TVs, DVD players, a stereo to connect you iPod to, and maid service is three times a week. You'll spend hours on the balcony with a gentle breeze from the ocean and enjoying the sights and sounds of Vallarta.

The area that surrounds this condo is a true treasure of Mexico, nestled below the jungle hillsides with its cobblestone streets, picturesque beaches, and phenomenal views. As the city has grown, it has maintained its friendly personality and rustic feel, and you will always feel safe and welcomed.

Beautifully Updated.

"Los Muertos beach is less than 50 yards from front door. Felt extremely safe with 24 hour front door staff with locking main door to complex and the staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The area around the complex is lively and we were very comfortable walking around til midnight. The rooftop pool has great views and many umbrellas to hide from the sun if needed. In the 9 days we were there we only saw other guests at the pool on 2 occasions. Overall a great experience and will definitely return next year if it’s available.”

“The roof top pool is amazing, the staff in the building were great, a big shout out to jimmy at the front desk will not steer you wrong when asking about where to go for dinner. Location location location it does not get any better I promise you as this is the 8th visit to PV. Great restaurants around every corner… or you can just cook a meal in the kitchen here sit on the huge balcony and people watch. We will definitely be returning.”
